BPS Strategies signing an MOU with Hebei University in Toronto 贝盛咨询与河北大学在多伦多签订合作协议

​Nov. 1, 2018, the executive team of BPS Strategies welcomed delegates from Hebei University to Toronto. Ms. Bess Song, the President signed an MOU with Ms. Yan Wang of the Nursing School of Hebei University. BPS arranged some tours to a number of selected organizations for the delegates.
